The Publisher Account Manager is responsible for working closely with partners to understand their needs, provide insights based on data analysis, and make recommendations for optimizing performance and driving incremental volume and revenue. This role requires a keen understanding of the rewarded experiences ecosystem, data analytics, excellent communication skills, an eagerness to deliver amazing customer support, and the ability to lead partner discussions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success managing partners in the rewarded experiences ecosystem, with specific accomplishments in customer service and technical operations. Primary Objectives:

  • Support partner accounts through a consultative approach, offering practical and technical solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Make operational data actionable for partners with a focus on driving incremental volume and revenue.
  • Provide guidance by understanding trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and deliver regular reporting to partners.
  • Onboard new partners in close coordination with our business development team.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Analyze operational and programmatic data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to partners on ways to optimize performance and achieve their goals.
  • Lead partner discussions and presentations, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, sales, marketing, and product development, to implement partner strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, ensuring that partner goals are met or exceeded.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products to partners.
  • Willingness to flex time to be available for partner calls.

What does SUCCESS look like?

Success in the role of Publisher Account Manager is defined by effectively developing and nurturing partner accounts through tailored support. It involves seamless collaboration with business development in partner onboarding, including integration activities, and maintaining a deep understanding of Prodege's various integration options (API, iFrame, SDK, etc.). Additionally, success entails expertly consulting partners on best practices per each product integrated, delivering regular reports to internal stakeholders, and managing multiple partner integrations while meeting or exceeding revenue/performance targets.

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Two or more (2+) years of programmatic technical account management experience in the rewarded experiences industry is required.
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with partners at all levels, especially technical content.
  • Partner-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

The Nice to Haves: (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience is highly preferred.
  • Skilled in data analysis with tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, Sigma, Metabase, etc
  • Prior experience tracking client relationships and deals in HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub)

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
