Job Overview:

The Ad Operations Analyst I is responsible for analyzing business metrics to identify trends and insights, creating reports and dashboards for data communication, and implementing improvements based on data analysis. The role also involves presenting findings to internal teams, managing multiple projects, and recommending new technologies or processes to align with business objectives.

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to various business metrics such as advertising performance, user engagement, user complaints, refunds/credits, and revenue generation.
    • Utilize statistical methods, analytical tools, and logic to extract meaningful insights from data and make actionable recommendations.
    • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights.
  • Problem-Solving and Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for improvement within the data and implement data-driven solutions.
    • Resolve problems, anticipate business needs, and address issues or trends identified in the data as needed.
  • Communication and Presentation:

    • Present findings to internal teams, highlighting opportunities and challenges in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Organize, track and monitor multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Make recommendations for adopting new technologies and/or business processes that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

What does SUCCESS look like?

Successful performance in the Ad Operations Analyst I role involves effectively analyzing and reporting on various business metrics to uncover trends and insights, leading to actionable recommendations for improvement. The individual will demonstrate strong analytical proficiency by creating detailed reports and dashboards, clearly communicating findings to internal teams, and managing multiple projects with precision. Additionally, success includes identifying and solving problems through data-driven solutions, recommending technological advancements or process changes to achieve business objectives, and demonstrating technical proficiency in statistical methods and analytical tools.

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • One or more (1+) years of relevant analysis work experience in similar roles or industries.
  • Strong statistical analysis or modeling skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and software relevant to the job (e.g., Z-Score or Standard Deviation, SQL, Excel, Sigma, Snowflake, Python for data analysis, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).

The Nice to Haves: (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) is preferred.
  • Advanced statistical analysis or modeling skills, familiarity with machine learning techniques could be beneficial but not essential for the core responsibilities of the role.

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $80,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
