At Prodege, we're on a mission to transform data into actionable insights, and we're looking for an exceptional Sr. Account Manager to join our Insights team. In this role, you will take on a dynamic, client-facing position, contributing significantly to our team's success.

Strategic Imperative:

The Sr. Account Manager role is critical in driving the growth and success of Prodege by delivering exceptional client service and fostering strong, data-driven relationships. This role is pivotal in empowering clients to make informed decisions through the industry’s largest data panels while actively building and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include close collaboration with internal teams, proactive account management, and promoting Prodege's value across the organization, contributing to a robust pipeline of opportunities and sustained client success.

Primary Objectives:

  • Client Success: Your journey begins with day one, where you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to provide clients with a white-glove service. Your role is instrumental in driving the next phase of growth for our team.
  • Data-Driven Impact: As a driven and passionate account manager, your primary focus will be on understanding your clients' objectives and empowering them to make informed decisions using data from the largest panels in the industry. You'll be responsible for monitoring progress and forecasts and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Building and nurturing relationships is at the heart of your role. You'll expand your reach within each account, ensuring that every client is delighted with the Prodege experience. Your success depends on your ability to promote Prodege internally to other colleagues and departments. This will involve numerous touchpoints, including review meetings, catch-ups, quick and accurate bids and proposals, and offering support for any challenges your clients may encounter.
  • Targets: Your primary objective is to meet and exceed targets by developing a healthy and active pipeline. Effective collaboration with account leaders and operational teams will be key to your success

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Develop client accounts to their full potential, through a consultative approach, listening to the client and implementing solutions that fit their needs.
  • Generate and manage a strategic account plan.
  • Develop and apply your knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques in Global markets.
  • Consult with clients on how best to conduct research, including complex multi-country studies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional global operations, technology and product teams to develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources and budget.
  • Always be a step ahead to spot any potential issues before the client brings it up and address it.
  • Achieve business building objectives, including opening up new opportunities within each client, further developing client relationships, and winning profitable business.
  • Provide accurate and detailed forecasts.
  • Report all activity in CRM software on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for achieving assigned sale’s goals.
  • Provide activity tracking on time spent with new business versus existing business.

  • Revenue Growth:

    • Increasing the revenue generated from the accounts they manage is a upselling primary measure of success. This can include achieving sales targets, or cross-selling additional products or services, and renewing contracts.
  • Customer/Client Satisfaction:

    • Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company's products or services is essential. High customer satisfaction can lead to client retention and positive referrals, which are indicators of a successful account manager.
  • Communication and Responsiveness:

    • Being accessible, responsive, and effectively communicating with clients can be a significant factor in success. Good communication helps address client needs and concerns promptly.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Effectively analyzing client data, market trends, and providing meaningful reports can demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's needs and contribute to a successful account manager's profile.
  • Contractual Agreements:

    • Ensuring that the terms of contracts are met and that the client is satisfied with the delivered services is a critical aspect of success.

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required.
  • Minimum 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience required in the market research industry.
  • Past achievement in new and expanded client business generation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet a range of deadlines.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with numbers.
  • Familiarity with CRM based solutions
  • Strong analytical aptitude and results oriented with great attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment.
  • Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and be efficient in meeting deadlines.
  • Must be willing and able to travel monthly (multi-day) to visit clients when needed.
