The Conversion Rate Optimization Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance conversion rates across digital channels, collaborating with various teams to identify and implement improvements in pricing, cost reduction, and user engagement. This role is critical in designing and analyzing A/B tests to refine marketing strategies, maintaining performance metrics, and providing insights to senior management on optimization impacts.

Successful performance in the role of Conversion Rate Optimization Manager means effectively developing and executing strategies to boost digital conversion rates, evidenced by significant improvements in user engagement, cost efficiency, and pricing structures. The individual will excel in collaborative efforts with key departments, leading to innovative A/B testing and data-driven marketing strategies. Through meticulous analysis and maintenance of performance metrics, they will provide valuable insights to senior management, demonstrating a tangible impact on the company's marketing success and overall business objectives.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
