The Sr. Business Optimization Analyst is a pivotal senior-level individual contributor role responsible for leveraging advanced data analytics to drive strategic decisions and enhance business performance across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product departments. The role will develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize revenue and pricing models, conversion rates, user engagement, and overall business efficiency, particularly through digital channels.
Key responsibilities include designing and analyzing A/B tests to refine revenue-optimizing strategies, maintaining performance metrics, and providing senior management with insights on optimization impacts. The role demands continuous improvement of data quality and analytics processes, ensuring the company stays ahead of market trends and maintains a competitive edge.
As a subject matter expert in existing and new data sources, this role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to effectively communicate insights and influence business outcomes. Successful performance in the role of Sr. Business Optimization Analyst would be demonstrated by effectively developing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance conversion rates, user engagement, and overall business efficiency, particularly through digital channels. The role requires skillful design and analysis of A/B tests to refine revenue-optimizing strategies, alongside maintaining and communicating detailed performance metrics. The analyst would excel in fostering cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring that insights lead to tangible improvements in revenue, pricing, and cost reduction. Continuous advancement in data quality and analytical processes, including the development of new data sources, is crucial. A key indicator of success would be the ability to succinctly communicate complex data insights and strategic recommendations to senior management, influencing decision-making and demonstrating the impact on the company’s performance. Regular updates and actionable insights provided to senior management would underscore the analyst's pivotal role in steering the company’s strategic direction and achieving sustained success.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $142,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
