The Account Manager role is essential for cultivating strong client relationships and delivering data-driven strategic initiatives. This role will champion campaign planning, execution, and analysis, while achieving optimal performance and client satisfaction within the dynamic and evolving landscape of performance marketing. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence in performance marketing. They will not directly manage other team members but will be expected to lead initiatives, support colleagues, and provide expert insights that underpin our client's success.

Primary Objectives:

Client Relationship Management

  • Nurture and grow client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure clear communication and expectation setting with clients on project deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing client meetings to discuss active and upcoming initiatives.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Create comprehensive performance marketing strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and budget.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Manage the creative briefing process to ensure align with the clients' brand and goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Interpret campaign data to produce meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Keep clients informed with the latest performance metrics and industry benchmarks.

Project Management

  • Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to manage workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful campaign implementation.
  • Monitor project timelines and manage resources to avoid bottlenecks.

Innovation and Growth

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement and learning.

Problem-Solving

  • Troubleshoot performance issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively any challenges or opportunities to the client and internal team.

Leadership

  • Drive initiatives without direct managerial responsibilities but as a respected team player.
  • Mentor junior team members informally through knowledge sharing and best practices.

The MUST Haves:

  • Language proficiency to the level and ability to conduct business in Mandarin with full capacity to conduct business in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in account management, client services, or business development roles within a marketing agency or similar environment, with a focus on gaming industry clients preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry landscape, including market trends, player demographics, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

The Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business administration is preferred.
